Returns, Warranties & Shipping

  • Airsoft Outlet NW does not guarantee velocities on any airsoft guns.
  • We are not liable for manufacturing variances, for customary variations from specifications, or for imperfections inherent in the processes used.

You must contact Airsoft Outlet Northwest via e-mail or phone setting up an RMA (Return of Merchandise). All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling to and from Airsoft Outlet Northwest will not be refunded. A copy of your invoice or packaging slip must accompany all returns.


Unused Items: We accept unused items within 14 days. Returns will be refused if the items exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were originally received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.


Defective Items: If an item appears to be defective, please contact us immediately. DOA items may be subject to repair or replacement at our discretion. Many items will have a separate manufacturer warranty. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVDs, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.


Incorrect Merchandise: Contact us via e-mail or phone if you received an item different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.


Special order items: Special order items cannot be returned. Special order cancellations may be subject to 20% restocking fee.


Purchases made with Store Credit or Gift Cards will be refunded as store credit. Store credit cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.


Please Note: Any items that originally qualified for free shipping will have shipping charges deducted from any refund issued. Any items that do not conform to the limitations listed above may have a restocking fee assessed or may be refused.


Promotional Items and Bundles: As a benefit to our customers, Airsoft Outlet NW occasionally offers promotional items and savings with a purchase or enhanced savings on a bundle of items when they are purchased together.


When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. For instance, if you purchase an AEG and get a free battery, the value of the battery would be subtracted from the refund. When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund. For example, if you receive a discount on a bulk purchase, and you later return one of the items, the amount of the discount would be deducted from the refund.

Airsoft Outlet NW guarantees to test and screen before we sell to make sure you get a quality, defect-free product every time. Despite this, we want you to have the peace of mind that if one of the hundreds of parts in your gun fails before its time, you will have the support you need.

Most items we sell are covered by an original manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a problem covered by a manufacturer warranty, please contact them directly for service and repair.


Any other items that are not covered with a manufacturer's warranty will be covered by a limited Airsoft Outlet NW warranty. This warranty will be valid for 15 days, and only covers working internal parts that keep the airsoft replica from firing. No external or aesthetic parts are covered by the warranty. Shipping for warranty items will not be reimbursed, and the customer will be required to pay for shipping to be returned.


Warranty does not cover misuse or abuse. If we receive an item that has been misused or abused, we will deny the warranty. Warranty also does not cover items without blaze orange tips. Items which do not have a blaze orange tip will be denied immediately. Do not request a RMA if your merchandise has been abused, misused, or missing a blaze-orange tip. Warranties will be voided by use of low quality bb’s. Low quality bb’s are not polished, and have mold markings along the outside.


Warranty VOID IF:

  • Disassembly by unauthorized personnel.
  • Abuse or mishandling, introduction of foreign matter to inner or outer components.
  • Failure to provide proper care, lubricants, or maintenance.
  • Lack of compliance with instructions from the owners manual.
  • Removal or cover up of orange tip.
  • Merchandise soaked in water, rusted, corroded, painted, or altered.
  • Usage of low quality or low grade BB's or reuse of BB's.

Airsoft Outlet Northwest reserves the right to determine what constitutes as unreasonable or excessive wear and tear or use.


Airsoft Outlet Northwest makes every effort not to sell out-of-stock items on our website. In the event that you have purchased an out-of-stock or otherwise unavailable item, we will inform you at the time we begin to process the order. You will have the choice of:


  • In store credit of equal value
  • Putting the product on backorder
  • Refund of the purchase price of the item. Refunds made to a Credit Card will be processed within 3 days. Refunds made via Paypal will be processed immediately from a completed paypal transaction.


Shipping and Billing Policy:

  • All orders usually ship same day (excluding weekends and holidays) barring any technical delays.
  • Shipping your order to an address different than your billing address will result in delays in processing your order.
  • UPS pick up is Monday - Friday at 2:30 p.m. PST
  • USPS pick up is Monday - Saturday at 10:00 a.m. PST
  • Shipping charges are quoted directly from UPS/USPS live and are exact rates.
  • Any orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or missing address information will be reshipped at the customer's expense
  • A confirmation e-mail with a tracking number is sent when package has been shipped.
  • We accept Master Card and Visa through our Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
  • We accept PayPal. Select the PayPal payment option when checking out.
  • We do not accept money orders, personal checks or C.O.D.
  • We do accept International Orders but cannot be held liable for lost packages or seizures. For an International shipping quote place the items in your cart and enter your shipping address.
